Overlooking the breathtaking views of the San Clemente beach below, Laura and Donovan chose the classic Casa Romantica to be the place where they would exchange vows and become husband and wife.

From the moment I met Laura and Donovan, I knew. I knew that they were a perfect fit for each other. I knew that their love was something they truly cherished. I knew that they were something special.

I wish I could pick one story of the day to tell you about how amazing they are together. I could tell you about the thoughtful gift he designed and gave her, which highlighted their journey together. I could tell you about the precious first look she shared with her dad that had us all crying. I would love to tell you about his emotional, heart-felt reaction as she walked down the aisle. But I’ll let the photos tell you all about that.

The most important thing you need to know about Laura & Donovan is that they are the kind of people you would want to have as your best friend. Warm, kind, thoughtful. She loves to be around people, to make them feel good, and to make them feel welcome. He is one of the funniest guys you’ll meet. Together, they are a perfect pair. Meant to be. They’ve been through so much together, and they’ve chosen to grow closer through it all. And I know their love will last and grow for the rest of their lives.

Laura and Donovan, I knew from the moment I met you two that we would be such an amazing fit. That you two are genuinely precious people who have a real love for each other. Your (future) kids are going to be so completely loved and cherished by you two. They’re also going to have such a beautiful example to look to in the two of you. I’m so beyond happy for you two and this new season in your lives as husband and wife. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for the honor of capturing the beginning of it for you!
